In this podcast episode of The Struggling Entrepreneur, we interview April Naaden, the CEO of Noble Transcription Services. Along with her husband, Chris Naaden (the CFO of their venture), they have become a successful entrepreneurial company from a part-time startup.

See how they branched into multiple industries (not just podcasting) to grow their business and how they have focused on QUALITY as a key competitive differential advantage.

Note: this episode was recorded live at the 2007 Podcast and New Media Expo. During the final minute of the interview, the batteries in the Zoom H2 portable recorder died (after 3 days of continuous recording). However, we did replace them and proceeded to the exhibit hall to the booth where Noble Transcription Services was displaying their wares–so that we could finish the podcast and thank them for their time.
