Note: this episode was recorded live at the 2007 Podcast and New Media Expo. During the final minute of the interview, the batteries in the Zoom H2 portable recorder died (after 3 days of continuous recording). However, we did replace them and proceeded to the exhibit hall to the booth where Noble Transcription Services was displaying their wares–so that we could finish the podcast and thank them for their time.
